Bugfix release v1.1.1.

Fixes:

• Invalid handling of extra keyword arguments in the Markdown parser has been fixed.
• Sorting in the tag cloud is now case insensitive.
• Tag cloud items should not overlap anymore.
• Feed length has been limitted to ten most recent entries.
